YES to any of these questions?

  • Do you think you suffer from social anxiety?
     

  • Do you experience feelings of dread when talking with people? 
     

  • When it’s your turn to speak in a meeting do you lose your voice, or stammer, or maybe you sound fine but inside you’re a nervous wreck? 
     

  • Are thoughts just racing in your head all the time that you can’t focus or seem to turn them off? 
     

  • Do you feel anxious and stressed out all the time, for no particular reason?
     

  • Do you find yourself anxious and stressed out a lot over things that are out of your control, like Covid? 
     

  • Do you want to try something new or get back into something you used to love but a fear of failing or eventually having to share your work with others keep you from either taking that first step or moving forward?
     

  • Creatives! Do you have an incapacitating fear of singing, speaking, dancing or acting in public?
